[s-cars] Windshield Wiper Question

I also had a similar problem but in the end I discovered that the
trained gorillas that replaced my windshield had bent the arm of the
driver's side wiper. Thus, when the wiper would sweep the window, it was
only making partial contact.
Might be worth taking a peek.
