Do what Dave F. suggests. Read the error codes in channel one
(01c). If you copy the pages in
this link, they will give you a better explanation of the trouble
codes and suggested remedy. The
best action to take for intermittent faults is to clear codes and
check after operating the system in
all modes to see if they return and thus need some correction.

Do you still have that little inline water pump? Unless it was
leaking, I would give good odds that
it is a good pump. It runs so little that they hardly ever wear
out. As far as I know, it only operates in
conjunction with the afterrun relay circuit to circulate water
through the system to dissipate residual
heat from the turbo above 105ºC water temp.
