[s-cars] SOURCE needed for 45or47 high Z , bosch or siemens

Sorry to revisit the issue, folks.  I had seen the AW posts, but usually
take little stock in AW; this list is much more technical and generalities
do not stand long here without challenge.  I must have slept through Brian's
posts.  Due to unrelated I dumped my Delphi injectors and related chipset a
year ago in favor of the "real deal" - RS2 injectors.  No issues at
emissions in CT.
