[s-cars] Coolant loss in 93 S4

I'm loosing coolant at nearly a quart per tank of gas and there are trace amounts of hydrocarbons in the coolant. The head gasket was recently replaced and retorqued and the head was tested for leaks, cracks and warpage. ARP fasteners with sealant were used. Compression is between 165 - 175. Any ideas where the coolant/hydrocarbon exchange is occurring? Turbo housing?
