Very very sorry to hear this, Brian.
I have been there with my '92, and fought the insurance battle. They
didn't want to compensate me for the upgrades except for pennies on the
dollar. I ended settling with the insurance company and buying back my
wreck. Then I transferred all my upgrades to a "new" S6, but it was with
a lot of time and sweat to transfer the parts.
You might check for a short-term storage facility in your area to buy
yourself some time...or understanding neighbor.
Good luck.
