Team, does anyone know of a source for either the US or RoW ETKA,  
covering at least up thru the 2004 model year? I've got older ones  
for both the US and for the RoW for the '95.5 S6 and the '02 Eurovan,  
but they don't cover my '04 TDI Jetta (which changed to a pumpe deuse  
engine for MY04). Any ideas other than the online one from Russia? TIA,
