"My power door lock works just fine and so as my key fob but when I lock
door(driver side) manually with the key it locks all doors but holding it
down does not close the sunroof or windows if they happen to be open. What
gives?"

Alvin,
If you are saying that when pressing and holding the button on the key fob,
that the windoze and SR do not close... I think the engineers would say
something like "Operates as designed."  (love that line)
The key should close and lock everything when held in the clockwise
position.  If not, "perhaps" disconnecting the battery for a moment will
reset it.
