[s-cars] Leaking Steering Rack - Nuts

S-heads,

When it rains it pours.

Looks like my rack is leaking. I have heard that you can not replace the seals. True or False?

Anyone recently undergone this repair? Any leads on a new or factory rebuilt unit? I'd prefer not to go used. I'm thinking this is probably alot of cabbage. Hmm, a Toyota Corolla looked pretty good for about 2 seconds.
