[s-cars] Cracked Big Brake Brackets - ECS Stage 2

If you look up this issue on Audiworld, some people have mentioned improper
threading of the brackets as the cause.

Hopefully, it was a run of brackets that is long past, but unless someone
logs what brackets are defective (are there serial numbers on them?), you
would not know.

The other solution, if you can verify that the hat dimensions are
compatible, is to source a set of RS2 brackets from Europe and use them. RS2
brackets are steel and OEM, therefore should not be an issue for cracking.
