Taka,
I was responding to what you what was clearly the point of your
question- "2-piece rotors". I know you bounce back with the hats as
the crux, but you were originally querying about the rotors. i would
still say that many hats are replaceable items, as per the intent by
their creators, but not as often as the rotors.
Take it as you like. I also agree that the treatment and production
of the designs of these brackets are what should be of concern/
probing, not the material choice.
