First, thanks very much to John Cody Forbes for pulling these for me
with a vag-com.  I know it's probably not that hard, but meeting a
fellow lister and having them help out (probably a rare occasion when
that -doesn't- occur, but I digress) is always a great feeling.  Anyway,
here's the scoop from the brain of the 92 UrS4

Engine

000525 Oxygen Sensor (03-10 no signal - intermittent) -pretty easy to
solve I guess
00513 Engine speed sensor (03-00 no signal)

HVAC
footwell/defroster flap positioning motor - blocked or no voltage
positioning motor for central flap - blocked or no voltage- intermittent
potentiometer positioning motor for air flow flap - open or short to +
sunlight photo sensor - open or short to +

Any guidance, BTDT's would be greatly appreciated.
