[s-cars] Spartanburg Euroauto Festival

Did anyone get a chance to attend this year's annual Euroauto Festival that was held at the BMW plant in Spartanburg, SC this past weekend?

I know, I said a bad word BM@#$%!

There were only a few (4-5) Audi cars representing there. One was a new RS4! Others were a TT a non-modified 2004(?) A4 (?) and one well-kept mostly stock 90 CQ owned by a nice guy named Woody who runs a shop just north of the BM_ factory (He didn't know about any of the audifans lists).

This showing as very small compared to Jag, Merc, BMW , Porsche, Ferrari, Alfa and of course Triumph which was the focus car this year.

If anyone lives nearby I would highly recommend attending next year's show. There was the opportunity to beat on the brand new M Coupe around a small track and enter your own car for a time trial autocross track.

It would be great to meet some listers at this event and possibly show some cars.

My goal is to get my car sorted out and painted by next year and register so we have at least one UrS4/6 in the crowd.

Next year I will give a shout out before the event so people can plan ahead.
