[s-cars] Pump to Accumulator Brake J-Hose

I was one of the guys that said that - but I was NOT talking about the
J-hose that runs between the hydraulic pump and the bomb.

Instead, I was talking about the other high pressure hose - the one that
runs from the rack to the pump.  From what I've seen, Spokane does a great
job with the J Hose, but the other one, the one that runs from the bomb to
the pump, I do not recommend Spokane for that.  Mine was noisy as heck.
They tried twice to resolve the problem, and then cheerfully refunded the
entire amount including shipping.

I can't speak highly enough for their business practices, and if I needed a
J-hose that's where I'd go.
