[s-cars] Pump to Accumulator Brake J-Hose

As I recall from the 200 20V list, the HOH cannot duplicate the noise
reduction device that is in line with the OEM PUMP TO RACK hose.  The
"J" hose from pump to bomb works just fine from HOH thank you very much.
I think Bernie Benz and others had quite a few discussions about trying
to duplicate the pump-to-rack hose for 200 20V's with little succes for
quiet operations, even after trying to salvage that particular mid-hose
device.

Never been inside one of these so its from memory that I write this, and
of course YMMV...
