[s-cars] timing belt procedure

Unlike the 10V motors, on the AAN the water pump is fixed and the idler is the tensioner.

The ribbed accessory belt has a spring loaded tensioner that, depending on your mileage, you may want to consider changing.  They have been known to fail.
