[s-cars] Intermittent cutout

Cute.

I have already determined that I have a partially blocked
kitty. Here's the basis for that decision:

Boosts have been low. Engine running smooth as silk but boost only
reaches about 18 psig. (normal for the car is mid twenties) I
disconnected the downpipe from the trailing exhaust parts and a quick
hot run saw 23+ psig.

I have new exhaust parts already ordered. God I hope that solves the
problem. I'm getting _SO_ tired of this. At this point even a
freakin' Honda is starting to look good. :-(
