[s-cars] RS2 sighting - again

I an not sure you are seeing the hint here ;) - we are talking about bill gates and the car he spent 9 years battling the dot over. The second point re: the status of the same car. It is not classified as a road car at all but a 'display vehicle'. I an personal friends with the man who modified the car for mr. Gates in santa cruz, ca.

Yes, as a road car under the new allowance. You're only allowed something
like 5k miles per year, though. Not hard w/ a P-car- just take out the
speedo and
replace with another to run with the rest of the year. :-)
