[s-cars] RS2 sighting - again

Sorry- I didn't get it until you said that- it was my understanding that
Bill Gates' car was stuck in customs until he got that DOT/EPA exemption
through for the 959 and that someone had to go and run it every now and then
while it sat in impound, not being driven on the street for 17 yrs.

How could he be driving it while fighting DOT/EPA? I would think they would
just impound it- you can't really mess w/ the Feds. His and Steve Ballmer's
cars were well-known to be stuck in impound for years- Steve gave up and had
his shipped to Germany where he still keeps it, IIRC.
