I saw where you found A4 axles for $99 as an easy fix for replacing your
C.V. boots.

My experience on a 93 Honda Accord was bad. The cheap shafts introduced a
vibration that did not go away until I rebuilt the old shafts (new boots)
and put them back in.  This, of course, took many months, a 3rd shaft, lots
of work.

Keep the old parts.
