[s-cars] Who here uses their Valentine 1 on the dash instead of the windshield?

Something as simple as a tinted window can drasticly reduce your
warning time.

I'm not going to get into an argument, simply stating a fact that by
mounting a radar detector as high up centered on the windwhield (with
no obstructions like antennas, etc.) is going to provide you with the
best opportunity for your detector to receive a signal earlier and
hence warn you.
