[s-cars] 1993 100 CS Quattro Questions

I don't think I'd use the term bulletproof, but it's not bad. The
early V6s suffer from weepy head gaskets and valley pan gaskets. My
own '92 100CS developed a lovely appetite for oil after having the
head gasket replaced (I suspect the shop somehow messed up the head
during the replacement process).

The electrics can be hit or miss. Have a good look at the CC head for
climate control errors; the potentiometers seem to get dirty and
stick. Check the rear calipers to see if they're sticking. If it's an
auto, make sure the transmissions shifts smoothly. See if the power
steering hose is leaking down the left side of the engine.

All that being said, I really enjoyed my '92 and I wish I still had it.
