Compared to my '89 200 TQ, my '94 100 S has been a model
of reliability.  Granted, it's a FWD automatic, but it is
still an Audi.  My '94 has needed an ignition switch,
starter motor, and front control arm/tie rod.  That's it.
My 200 needed a whole lot more.

As long as you have the *paperwork* that shows the t-belt
(and struts and tie rods) has been changed, you should be
in good shape.  The V6 is fairly robust (underpowered, but
robust). It is known for leaking oil, especially around
the intake manifold valley; cheap gasket, lots of labor.
I don't believe the automatic transmissions are as bad as
the earlier ons from the 200 series.
