[s-cars] Overboost and fault codes

If the etc. in your equipment list includes a set of Samco boost
hoses, then one of the clamped ends has probably slipped off the
Michelin Man hose where
the intercooler slows down the flow and pressure rises. Oil collects
here and makes things more slippery as well. If they are not
silicone boost hoses, start
looking for the split hose by what ever means you like best, poking
with your finger, just looking, or pressurize the boost tract with a
Home Depot plastic
pipe fitting and air compressor, because you have a boost leak. Oh,
check that boost line to the ECU that is routed from the intake under
the ignition
connection cover on the firewall, to ensure the line has not blown
off the inline filter.

No guarantee with this, Gregg, but this is the most likely scenario.
It also could be a vacuum line leak, but the severe bucking says
boost leak. I would
check the vacuum line from the wastegate to the WGFV before I
uncapped the wastegate to look at the diaphragm. You want to make
sure you don't
create a problem rather than fix one.
If this stuff was so well done, why are you having such elementary
problems already? :-)
