[s-cars] Winter tyres and wheels

1.  skinnier as mentioned

2. Get a set of used stock wheels (or other cheap alternative).  I 
sometimes pull the winter tires off in late winter as there is no snow 
at all.  Then an early spring blizzard comes.  I am ready in 1/2 hour by 
just swapping wheels. 

I am a Nokian fan.  I run Hakka 1's on my CQ (over kill but I got a good 
deal on them) and WR's on anything the wife drives (currently Hoda Odyssey).
