[s-cars] HID kits... Same seller as last December

I stayed with the Canadian OEM lens.  Are they DOT as in US DOT?  I don't
think so.

The cut-off line is perfect.  You can see the line on just about anything
you point the car at.  No on-coming traffic has ever complained about being
blinded by them.
