[s-cars] Was dead e//S2, now ECU fuse was blown, worry?

I found the ECU fuse blown (once I found it).  I replaced it and drove 
to work today.  Does this happen occasionally?  Do I have a bigger 
problem somewhere?  It seems to me that fuse should not blow (yeah, I 
know, no sh*t...).
The holder was a corroded a bit and the fuse looked cloudy and generally 
crappy.  I cleaned the holder and put a new fuse in.
Any suggestions?
