[s-cars] Boost leak - update, what am I missing here?

OK, that means you can stop looking at the boost regulation system for now
(doesn't mean the system is OK, but the failure to produce more boost with
the WG disconnected means you either have a boost leak or the turbo is
not producing boost).

how did you test it? you took the BPV out, plugged all three connections
to it, and drove the car? with no increase in boost?
when you did the pressure test of the intake system, i would have
tested to 22psi, since that is the boost you used to get.
if there are no leaks, then it does appear that you are not making the
boost. did you check the wastegate itself? could the diaphragm be torn?
