Thanks everyone for their input, and muchos gracias to Darin for
recommending the AVG Anti-rootkit.

The pesky bug was hiding pretending to be a driver, the AVG
Anti-rootkit found just one thing, removed it, revooted and BAM fixed!

* Computer is no longer acting as a mail server
* Printers now work again!

I'm guessing the printers working again is no coincidence!
I had previously done a complete Windows repair re-install, scanned
under safe mode, etc. and never could find anything.
