[s-cars] Help on 2B camber plates install

I just talked with Andrew at 2B and he said that they've run into this
with Bilsteins before and that they ask what shocks are being used so
that the insert sleeve is machined properly. He's going to machine me a
new set of sleeves for a $50 core charge and send them out. We'll see
if there's a difference when they get here.

He also said that all the threads really need to be engaged and you
need to be up into the Nylock for safety.
