I am running those Hankooks in 245/45R16 on my S4.  They are awesome.
They grip like crazy, really improved the turn-in, are not hard to
live with on the street, and did I mention they are cheap?  I have one
season (April-November) on the set, with ~10k miles and 6 track days,
and they look like they'll do another season at least.  Very
impressed.
