[s-cars] tire opinions

I am running the Hankook Icebear W300 in 225/50/16 and can also say they 
wear and handle very well on snowy and icy roads. They also are not very 
noisy on dry roads.  I am on my 2nd season with them and may make part 
of a third.  Yes they are cheap in price, compared to other snow tires.
