I sat in a Q7 today. OWMIGAWD. It's sin on 4 wheels. A gorgeous bordello
inside. A corporate jet for the driveway.

I informed the wife that this will be her next car. Tdi of course.

By the way, I sat in a C6 S6 too (I was at Clair getting keys cut for my
son's car). I have to say...I didn't really like it. It wasn't nearly as
inviting as the Q7. But I was sitting in the passenger seat and the
engine
was off...

Oh, and yesterday, within the space of two blocks in my town, Needham, I
saw
an RS6 and an RS4. I like this town. :)

My 14YO daughter joined me for the Clair visit. She informed me that she
wants an Audi *sedan*. What's wrong with her?

Agreed Lee - the interiors of them Q7's are *quite* nice.  And they
drive well, to boot.  We got to shuttle them back and forth to the RS4
autox @ the ahem quickly reconfigured Streets of Tomorrow event.
Unfort. there was a conspicuous lack of JNR opportunities
(!!!dammit!!!)...  tho I did get to circle the perimeter of Belmont
Downs in it.  Looks on the other hand, well, uh, um.  Tho, going up to
that Audi Ski Day @ Cannon the other week one was behind us and, gotta
admit, it *did* look good on the road / in context.  Some vehicles are
funny like that.  

Problem is they want your left nut and rights to your first born for
one.  Pass.

Nice pair 'o sightings you had there in Needham.  With whole fam in car
Sat. I went by a neu //S8 as I entered 84.  He tucked in behind me and
mirrored me every lane change for 20 miles, then we parted ways with a
wave.  My GAWD do those simply look _SINISTER_ in context.  Pictures do
no justice.  Me wanty bad.  Yeah, right.

Oh, and, on your daughter's sedan fetish.  Well, me seyz EMBRACE THAT
THOUGHT!!!  This, coming from the guy who picked his now wife up for our
first date in highschool in my er, '76 VW Westphalia Microbus.  WTF were
her parents thinking???
