Based on my experience, which is really old, Visa does offer the best rate
for the day of the transaction.

I have a group buy set up for CQ moldings.  The order is about 1600 
pounds sterling.  I checked with the thieves at Paypal and they are 
offering a poor exchange rate.  What is the best way to get a good 
rate?  Just use my Visa?

Any help would be appreciated.
