[s-cars] Part number help.

Hello All,
   
  Been going threw the intake system trying to get rid of all leaks. Changed all the injector O rings that were leaking fairly well.
   
  Had a good leak at the rear of the ds valve assembly. It's coming from some type of a 90 deg. plastic valve? There seems to be a spring and small orifice
  PN: 034 129 101 A 
  Could some one tell me what it is? Do I need it? CA smog device?
  With out this piece, it holds pressure now.
   
  Still trying to track down a miss @ wot.
