[s-cars] Part number help.

ETKA calls it a "pressure regulating valve."  I don't have a stock 
diverter valve or anything close to stock intake plumbing, but the 
picture sure looks like a diverter valve to me.  If that's the case, you 
definitely need it, and you need it to not leak.
