hertz neverlost is from magellan.  i don't know which one you got, but
the ones i've seen were based on the magellan roadmate 700 or 760.

in fact, if you go to http://hertzneverlost.com/ and look at the picture,
the "Magellan" logo is on the device.

i have a garmin C330 myself.
