[s-cars] Importing from Canada

Greg:

As Fred Munro said " Watch out for Forgie; he's crusading to save
Canadian S-cars for Canadians!".  While I personally prefer that
Canadian S6s and especially the 96 and 97 cars stay in Canada, there is
nothing to prevent it.  I am doing my bit by importing S6 parts from the
USA to Canada in attempt at building a 98 S6 avant (based on a 98 C4 A6
quattro avant).

At this point, I am looking to buy a 97 Canadian S6 instrument cluster
and already own an American S6 cluster so maybe we can work a deal.
