[s-cars] Belly pan blues (95 S6A)

I'm 99% sure the p/n is the same for any C4 chassis car, regardless of 
the specifics.  I got a quote from my dealer for $247...yadda yadda 
yadda...I have a nice sheet of aluminum waiting to get templated and 
installed.
