It does sound like a wheel bearing to me.

Subject: [s-cars] Rumble felt through pedals. Bearings?
On or Off brake, In or out of gear, I can feel a
rumble coming through the pedals/floorboard while
moving at slow speed. Plenty of pad and rotors are
smooth. very noticeable while gently riding the brake
(as im mechanically connected to the vehicle).
Nothing much at speed but am now starting to hear what
sounds like something out of round (like an out of
balance tire without the shaking through the steering
wheel). Seems to me like it would be the bearing in
my front driverside wheel.
Sounds familiar to anyone else?
If I'm going to get the front bearing replaced, I
might as well have the strut bushings replaced too.
New pads, etc. anything else I should hit?
