[s-cars] 91 200 CV Replacement-Southern California

Guys,
My nephew has a 91 200 and needs cv replacement.
Isn't the best thing to do is just get a rebuilt axle
and relace the whole thing?
What's the best guess on total cost including labor?

Anybody know of a good, read honest/reasonable, shop
in the LA area.
