[s-cars] Federal SS-535 tires

I'm putting on my flame suit right after I send this out.

Does anybody have any experience with or knowledge of Federal SS-535 tires? 
Les Schwab (in the Northwest) sells the 225/50R-16 92V for $88 each total 
out-the-door.

I've been able to find almost no information on the Internet, other than the 
company is in Taiwan.  My driving is not particularly fast or aggressive. 
I'd never consider buying an unknown brand like this if it wasn't for Schwab 
backing it up.  Appearance-wise it looks more or less the same as any other 
tire would.  Any info is appreciated.
