Thanks, but I have two (probably ignorant) questions:

1) Are those update inclusive, or do you have to download/install each
and every update? In other words, can I just download the most recent?

2) They are password protected rar's. When I go to extract them, I am
prompted for the password (entering no password fails). I don't see
anything on the site about the password?
