[s-cars] ETKA 7 install instructions

Eric you need to set-up your router to allow the ports to pass through.
This tracker seems to like nonstandard announce ports so that is likely your 
problem.
If you look at the torrent's tracker info I should give you the TCP port 
after the address something like :3396

Once you have connected to the tracker, your router should handle the rest 
ok.
I don't mind sending it to you but how do you want to transfer it ?
