[s-cars] ETKA7 install problem

Check your registry,
START, RUN, regedit
In Regedit, Edit, Find,
search for ETKA, (make sure My Computer is highlighted)
delete any key with a value that contains ETKA
ETKA is erroring out b/c it is finding remnants of the previous install.
