[s-cars] ETKA7 install problem

I tried installing it on E: and got something similar, I ended up installing
on C: and then editing the registry and ETKA configuration files, replacing
"C:" with "E:" and copying the contents of C:\ETKA to E:\ETKA.  Slow and
painful but it worked fine, make sure you back up the registry before you
start.

I really didn't want it on C: as I backup up my C: drive regularly and
there's no sense in backing up 2 GB of files (that's about what ETKA is!)
that never change.
