[s-cars] license plate facia (Avant)

further digging in ETKA 7 gets me close.

on illustration 945-10, they show an item 5. the piece I want attaches
to item 5.
unfortunately it is not show nor is a part number for item 5 shown.

arrrghhh!!!!
