It was NEA who put together the hardware and gasket kit for me for $150. However it was not totally complete. On top of their kit I had to order probably another $75 worth of gaskets & hardware from World Impex.
I will email you Sean's excel spreadsheet that details all of the components of the full kit. With the exception of the shortened studs you may be able to get everything cheaper from World Impex any way - I had already ordered from NEA assuming it was a more complete kit.
NEA did have the trick 14mm turbo nuts in place of the 17/15mm ones which I don't think you can get from World Impex. However I think you can get these separately directly from 034 motorsport.

Subject: [s-cars] RS2 EM installation...
Hi Folks,
I was wondering if someone has a set of the "special" wrenches I can
borrow for the RS2 EM installation for a couple weeks?
I'm also curious if any of the hardware and gaskets can be re-used or
if it's just a good idea to replace it anyways.
Thanks,
Matt
