Matt,
                                                                                                                                        Thats exactly what I did. Coventional tools were used to remove the old EM while cheaper tools were easily modified. It will still take a bit of time to tighten a couple of nuts though, only able to get partial turns on the nuts. And yes all new parts!  Do the job right once!

Just make em yourself. Spend a couple of bucks for some cheap
wrenches and a MAP gas tourch. Grind or file to the needed thickness
and bend the ones you need. I wound up having to modify mine half way
through the job anyway.
