[s-cars] delta radio lock up

So after our winter snap here in th PNW, sure nuff
battery dies after the S6 dosent see the outside of
the Garage for more than a week (DOH!).
clean terminals and recharge and of course have to
reenter the security code on the radio. Once ...wrong,
What~!? Twice ...still wrong now Im locked up
displaying SAFE2.  I Review:

& follow along but not comming OUT of SAFE2 state?
what am I missing?
