[s-cars] Boost Leak at Throttle Body?

Seems to be in between the where the throttle cable and spring attach to the 
throttle body housing.  Right between the springs if I spray soapy water on 
it.  Not sure if there is some gasket or shim that might need replacing or 
other?

PS-I found one major leak at my intercooler coupling just downstream of the 
turbo. The coupling had gotten smashed by "something" suspect snow and 
ice...thus the tube was not round...not even close. I pulled it off and did 
my best..but looks like crap..need to have Brendan at Apikol weld on a new 
coupler. Right now it is double hose clamped and is not leaking.
